Rescuer Therapy

My name is Jennesie Delgado and I am a second year Clinical Mental Health Counselor-in-Training (CIT) under the supervision of Kimberly Johnson, PhD, LMHC, DAAETS, CCFT, CCFE. I utilize a client-centered approach by treating the whole client by building on their strengths and using those to help them strive. I am experienced working with compassion fatigue and focus on self-care within individual settings. I speak conversational Spanish and am part of the Latino community. My hobbies include listening to music, going on runs, and taking my two puppies for long walks through the park. I look forward to connecting with you and offering you the best support possible!
